Education is the most powerful weapon which we can use to make a good change in the world. We sure want to do that! We are E7x21, a large team of organizations, institutes and universities from all over the world, who bring their constant contribution in the development process of education, especially in the Entrepreneurship field. In our work we cover Czech Republic, Poland, Lithuania, Spain, Italy and Romania, but we plan to impact even more. We are united by the same goal: to innovate the training system for young Entrepreneurs. Now that we know a great way to accomplish this, we set our goal and we are ready to achieve it.

We believe that amazing results can be seen only after hard work and great involvement. This is why we support initiatives and activities in the Entrepreneurship field and run programs or projects that aim at cooperating and innovating for good practices in this area. Our main objectives are not only to promote the professional development of people and improve their employability in the labor market, but also to develop basic and transversal skills using innovative methods by increasing the training of future entrepreneurs and contributing to the development of generic skills and promoting entrepreneurial experiences in education and training. We support the integration into employment and the growth of managerial skills, technical and professional, providing consulting and training services for developing enterprises. It is a long and complex process, but with great final results!

The European agenda for entrepreneurship emphasizes that the entrepreneur and entrepreneurship are formed as the main drivers of innovation, competitiveness and European growth. The entrepreneur is called to play a key role in the development of the European economy. In this background, we offer an effective approach by supporting entrepreneurs and the self-employed to develop skills and helping to create the business environment that gives unemployed and disadvantaged people an opportunity to fully participate in society and the economy. We act as a trade union between need and provision of training, cooperating with the government and individual ministries in our promotion of entrepreneurship in youth and special need groups. We also develop new learning methodologies and new forms of learning as a result of researches, case studies and experimentations aimed at creating innovative training.
